Can anybody help me out with doing a nand backup?

Hey peeps im wanting to downgrade my firmware to 3.41 at the moment my system is running 3.5. I want to downgrade without losing bluray movie support. Im aware i have to make a backup of the nand on my ps3. From what i understand so far i would need to upgrade to Geohots 3.55 cfw and run a tool that backsup this nand then upgrade to official firmware from debug mode. Then downgrade using the new 3.55 exploit discovered. Can anyone point me in the directions of some instructions on backing up the nand & what programs i need to do it. Loving your work guys keep it up.

Fire up comgenies file manager and just do a copy of the dev flash 1-3 folders and you have a.backup.
