Bricking questions

As you already know the 3.55 downgrader released.
So let's see that my ps3 bricked while it downgraded.
Is there any way to restore it ?
Something like the recovery menu on PSP.

no. the only way is with a NOR flasher afaik.

Hmmm and what about the service mode ?
Anyway what i need to do the NOR flashing ?
