Brick after Rogero 4.21 upgrade - need flasher help

My fat PS3 (CECHH01) bricked during an update to Rogero 4.21 v1.09, and now I get a black screen and have no power to the usb ports. I ordered an E3 limited flasher and it will be here in the next day or so. I also have a PS3Key dongle. I feel comfortable in installing the E3 into the PS3, but I have a couple of questions:

1. With the flasher and the PS3Key, do I have all I need to recover from the brick (I have a valid NOR dump)?
2. Does the E3 stay installed in the console, or does it need to be removed after unbricking?
3. Can someone point me to the best (easiest) step-by-step guide to the unbricking process (I am not a total noob, but it has been a while since I have done some of this stuff)?

i gave a slim which bricked with rogero, what i understood is that you can remove the e3 once finished, yes those two are all you need to unbrick
