well like the title says i bought this cecha01 for parts to fix my wanky brick...paid a heavy $42 for it...it was suppost to not turn on...i thought maybe i would get lucky and it be the power supply....well to my surprise i got it and plugged it in and it worked perfectly...best part is it was on ofw 3.5...so now i've updated it to 3.55 and slapped it in the face with kmeaw cfw...now i'm trying to find the privacy patch so i can setup a network between it and my other 2 without Pony sticking its nose in my business...but when i do a search for it, it seems like every thread has mentioned it at one time or another...anyone know where i can aquire this patch

I blocked my PS3 from PSN by using OpenDNS and blocking all the playstation.net domains i found (by googling and searching the boards).
Alternatively, if you don't care for it to go out to the internet at all, just don't set up a valid default gateway on the PS3 settings.

What you need is MFW builder and the proper TLC files. MFW builder can be used to apply the privacy patches. If they arent included in the MFW builder search for them on google. also is it still possible to connect to the debug PSN using rebug firmware as long as you spoof the latest Firmware? if it is then it may be possible to run netflix on CFW still I'd have to do some research but first task is to spoof to 4.11.....
