Bluray read speeds compared to external and internal hdd

anyone know the blu ray read speeds of the ps3? compared to loading backups from a external and internal?

7200RPM spin speed = approx 70MB/s theoretically

USB 2.0 = approx 20-30MB/s (60MB/s theoretical maximum but I've never seen that speed)

Basically USB2 compared to Blu-Ray is about 2-2.5x faster

Internal hdd compared to Blu-Ray is about 6x faster
