Bluray Fix after downgrade

hello,

i'v downgraded my ps3 without backing up my ps3. Now i can't play bluray movies anymore. Maybe is there someone with a 60 GB PS3 PAL VERSION (RELEASE) that can give me his backup i think its only the DEV_FLASH3 part so I can get it back on track ?

Dude, there are 3 threads on this board that have those files in them if they're going to work for you. No one cares you lost playback. Why don't you search. And to anyone else that wants to help here, please don't. The more we help people like this instead of telling them to search, the more of these posts we're getting a day.

my dev_flash3 is empty, so if someday i'm in the same problem i'll loose bd playback?

If you're on 3.41 and already downgraded, but your blu-ray functionality works, play a blu-ray disk and those folders will be filled up with files. Then backup those files. Now, as some other users have pointed out, even if you restore those files down the road, you might not be able to create new DRL and CRL files when a blu-ray with new keys comes out and you'll be back in the same boat again. Right now, downgrading is do at your own risk and accept the possibilities of things not working afterwards. If you can't accept that, buy a 2nd console.

Users can always downgrade to 3.15 anyhow and even get OtherOS back too.
