    Default Blue-ray playback – 02-18-2011,06:01 PM
    Are we able to play blue-ray movies with Asbestos on a system thats has been downgraded and lost the blue-ray capability?

    Linux has it's own decryption keys for blu-ray, so I'd have to think it'd be possible. Not positive though. BTW: doubt blu-rays would even play in linux's current state on the PS3. None of the video drivers have been optimized.

    Nope, because of the lv2 patch, bluray playback I believe is disabled.

    I'll test the blue-ray on my waninkokoV2 when i get home.

    Cheers for that, if it doesn't work i might buy one of them 3d efforts, getting a 3d tv anyway, Does anyone have a 3d blu-ray play?
