Blackbox ftp server with 3.55 cfw

So i installed my .pkg file of blackbox,and filezilla,and started to transfer my BUYED Castlevania,but i have an problem. Every file I transfer goes to the "Failed transfer" tab, even thoe I have connection from my PC to PS3. The Reason it give is "Timeout" Also just now something I've noticed blackbox keeps exiting by it's self, and I didn't even press X, this is the 2nd time it has happened. Like it dose not happen as I start up black box but maybe 5mins later. The screen would turn black and it just exit out, and no I do not have the PS3 screen saver on.

My PS3 won't even install blackb0x! I installed geoholts custom firmware, then this morning I installed the new firmware with the level 2 patches (after reading the directions). Then reinstalled geoholts again (it said to do all this.) I still can't install .pkg files. The option is there under the XMB under game. But I get an error code when I try to install anything! Disconnecting from PSN doesn't fix it.

Hmmm i didnt even intalled that new update...im using only geohot cfw...

Blackbox ftp makes the screen go completely blank after a little while. It's still running when it does that.
If it's exiting to the menu though then I'm not sure whats up.

I had this problem using Filezilla.

Try kmeaw 3.55 CFW - it's the most stable at the moment
Also, make sure that you are installing the 3.55-compatible version of blackb0x FTP 1.2

It looks like the problem is that FileZilla + Blackbox isn't creating the folders on the PS3. Thus, you ge the time out. If you manually create all the folders, it works perfectly.

So the question is, what's the setting in Filezilla that's preventing this?

Change connection settings in FileZilla to active mode, and it will work.
