Black screen on all games

I'm having problems getting my games to load.
All is working perfectly, exept that if i try to load a game i get a black screen (on all my games) and some kind of click sound (like the one from xmb).
I'm using the following board: PS3opendous AT90USB162 Development Board
which is a teensy clone (as far as i know). I'm using the teensy 1.0 hex files from the Hermes V3 payload and the latest backup manager (1.16)
I'm didn't try any homebrew yet (no time).
I think i'm follow the correct steps, go to BM, load the game and get dropped back to XMB, and then run the /ps3game/app.... folder (it show the game screenshot, just like if i had inserted the dvd)
Hope someone know what i'm doing wrong

Do you have a disk in the drive? if not, try with one in.
Is your BD drive fully working?

Yes, tried again, still not working

You're loading wrong. You need to go to where the disk icon is in the XMB. It should be replaced with the game you loaded from BM (instead of the original disk you have in the drive).

just tried, same thing happens when trying to load from disc ...

but when there is no disc inside, how to load them then ??? (just wondering

)
