Black screen after e3 restore

The title says it, i have done every step until the restore process was done.
I turned the Ps3 of en it doesn't go back on. the screen stays black and the light stays green.
i have a e3 flasher limited and a ps3KEY.

please help me

Ok Maby this will help.
I have a second PS3 with YLOD, so i can replace parts.
Uhm.. my YLOD PS3 was reballed but that didn't help, i think my YLOD came through software ( impossible, but there's no other way )
