I heard there something cfw people are using to play black ops 2 with each other can anyone tell me the name of that program/software also has anyone been banned for playing medal of honor warfighter or bf3 online?

Xlink Kai will allow you to play LAN games over the internet. Otherwise if you play Black Ops 2 on PSN with CFW, you're likely to get banned.

I'm assuming you're asking about the possibility of a ban on those games? Well, those games are relatively safe although you are always risking a ban playing any game on PSN with CFW. There have been many reports of people being banned after playing Black Ops 2, but none for the other games as far as I know.
