Black ops 1.13 update

Hello everyone, im fairly new to this so im sorry if this is a stupid question. But my ps3 is running kmeaw 3.55, can i download the black ops update 1.13? I dont have multiplayer options and it would be great if i could get it.

if u download this update will not work at all why becuz it uses the 3.60+ keys so srry it wont work use lower update like 1.9 or maybe 1.10
