Believe I have just got hold of a downgradable PS3

Hi all,

I have just been into town and saw a Slim ps3 in the window going for £140, asked to look at the data code and bought it. Before I attempt to downgrade it could someone confirm im able to downgrade it and if there has been any reported issues with this model as its on the last models of down gradable ps3s so I want to be sure.

Model: CECH-2503A
Harddrive: 160GB
Datacode: 0D

Also if its down gradable, has anyone used the E3 dual boot feature? I would like to get shut of my old 4.21 CFW FAT and maybe use a dualboot on on this slim but would like a bit of a run down how it works and where the firmware is stored.

yeah man, that model is fine.

actually 1A date code can downgrade also, there is the rare occasion a 1A cant downgrade tho.
