Beeping problems leads to freeze, got video.

Hello there!

I'm having some problems with my PS3, it starts to beep and the beepings makes it freeze.
This can happend when im in-game, or when im just starting multiman or downloading something.
I have to tried to change the harddrive to a bigger one, 500 gb, but it made no change. The beeping is still there..

Anyone know's what the problem might be?

Setup:
PS3 40 GB version, 2 USB-ports, No PS2 compatible
Kmeaw 3.55 CFW, Multiman 2.08.10

I called the support today, and they said I had to turn it in at the place I bought it at, but then i'll receive a PS3 with the newest firmware right?

I havent seen this problem again.....

try it if you have one connected.

That is the craziest sound I have ever heard a ps3 make.
I would reinstall 3.55 OFW and reformat. Then see if you can recreate the problem.
If it still happens at least you can assume it is a hardware problem.

Ive removed all the dust from the PS3, ive also removed both external harddrives.
It always works when the PS3 have been off for a while. Then it works for maybe an hour when im playing games, and when im browsing files on the harddrive maximum 10 minutes.
May it be the power supply unit that is the problem?

Is there any program that helps me to backup all my games on my internal harddrive?

Don't bother, it's obviously hardware. Either power supply, or something being overheated on motherboard.
