Banned from PSN !!!

Hi
This is my jb console.When the hack released used the latest 3.5 spoof to enter gt5p to get the updates, downloaded 3-4 demos.I had the origianal gt5p disk while gettin the update. Never played online game with it. The account had 0 trophies and got offline since today .
Now i get the ban code in network setup

Did you get a email from sony stating why and how long you are banned for.
Also create a new user account and see if your still banned so atleast you can find out whether its your console or psn id thats banned

There is some different info on the web concerning your error. What I posted above is what is on Sony's error page. Found someone on Yahoo answers stated this;

"Error Code: 8002a227 - 30 day ban from Sony Playstation Security Department. The last 3digits state the offence in question (227). So you have been banned for Extreme/Racial/Derogatory Language while using the PSN"

And here's a PSHomeBeta website where someone said this,

I personally contacted sony and they said:
the 8002A231 code means that your account has been suspended but NOT permantely and that the 8002A227 means permanetly your account has been banned...

Now keep in mind, the A231 code varietys anywhere from 24 hours to 3 months 90days is the MAX for this code A231

So I guess we'll have to wait and hear back from you on what they tell you in an email about why you were banned and for how long...or you can call them 1-866-286-5123

after doing a little research, it turns out several ppl have been banned before psjailbreak, so his ban may or may not be because of the jailbreak.
