Backup Manager 2 won't let me play games without needing a disc

Can someone explain how the backup manager v2 works as i backup gta4 and the gae disc wouldnt appear on the xmb and i had to put the disc in to play it, thought the latest v2 could play games without any disc inserted?

Your Jailbreaker device needs the proper HEX with Herme's payloads aswell.

and it doesnt work with all games
