    Hi,

I'm having problems playing internal HDD back up games in 1080p. I'm using MM on KMEAW 3.55 CFW. Games that are played on my external hard drive play flawlessly in 1080p DD5.1, internal hard drive only plays in 480p.

Any suggestions? I've read this problem on the board before but couldn't find it when searching.

Unplug ur HDMI, conect with Video Cable press Power Button till you hear a bip u'll enter in recovery mode) Now, power off the ps3, unplug the video button (plug HDMI again, and press power button till you hear a bip again)
    Now it should work.
Try this and answer back please.

Select other resolutions in display settings!
    720p must be checked too.

settings are selected properly. as i said, games play fine in 1080 p off a disc or external hard drive, just not internal.

The same game? Only some games works in 1080p mode, it has nothing to do with their native resolution(GTA IV for example works in 1080p using software scaling, while having low native resolution - 1024x640).
If your TV can't display 720p, or it's set in PS3 to not use this resolution then it will use lower compatible setting.
