Backup of /dev_flash2 - Help needed

I have tried searching nurmerous forums for the answer but so far haven't found anybody with the same issue.

I am trying to backup my /dev_flash* folders but I am having problems with some of the directories. /dev_flash transfered without a problem but when I try to ftp /dev_flash2 I have some wierd directories. Under /dev_flash2/etc/backup and /dev_flash2/etc/activation I have a number of directories with the name Ã³ZeÂ»13ÃŸ!.Â“Ã*{ and inside each of these seems to be an infinite loop of directories with the same name. If I try to transfer these to my PC my FTP client just queues thousands of directories until it eventually crashes.

I have a fat ps3, jailbroken with ps3break v1.2 latest hex. I am using blackbox and coreftp/flashfxp for the transfer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

try one of the backup managers they have FTP built in.

Try a non hybrid regular pl3 payload if you can.. had some issues similar to you particularly with the pl3 nus.
