Backed up game not responding to controls.

For some reason, nothing happens when I press the buttons on my controller. I backed up Street Fighter IV, and when I play it, it starts up perfectly, except that my controls aren't responding. When I click X or any of the other controls nothing happens. The game just runs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You're probably new to the scene here so I'll go easy on you

SFIV has known issues where the controller is unresponsive.
