About LinkBacksSo apparently my HDD just got corrupted this morning somehow and I was thinking about just doing an upgrade to 3.55 so I can play Gt5 legit.
If I do so, is there any risk of getting smacked with ban hammer? Or should I just keep it in 3.41?

:-/ Sort of a silly question. FYI, for the time being you could go to FW 3.50 and play online using either a proxy trick or DNS trick. That won't last for long though presumably, and no homebrew on 3.50.
Just remember, there's no going back from 3.55, so I wouldn't recommend it.
