Is anyone else using PSN now?

Ive been stuck on 3.41 for MONTHS now and have been wanting to go online with Uncharted 2 and wanted to download Lara Croft and Guardian of Light for ages and today I FINALLY did it with the new 3.55 CFW.

I know people keep saying things like "ZOMG U willz get baned!!!!!1!!" and I know that COULD happen, but how many other people are actually using PSN out there?

im still on 3.41 and using the USB mod chip to run back ups. ive looked around on the forum, but maybe im just too blind, but cant seem to find a proper tutorial on how to go to 3.55 CFW? more specifically, which one to use, coz there's a few out there.

i would really appreciate any input from you guys and find out if its worth it to go to CFW 3.55. from what i can tell, it will let you go online on PSN and play online. please guide me to the tutorial you have used.

I use psn, but dont have it signed in all the time, it the game asks for me to sign in then i do, otherwise my internet is always on but signed out.
but i am on it quite alot, (because of Call Of Duty) lol,

I mean I can't say I'm not scared of a ban but then again I don't really care all that much. I've always had the mentality that if I hack it or mod it I'm probably not gonna be able to take it online, but it seems like the hacking community this time around has a little more focus on keeping these machines online.

Probably a stupid question and I will be crucified for this, but ... If you're kicked out of the psn the console is still accessing the internet and still can do updates of the games?
