Any Way To Upgrade FW3.40 to 3.41?

I had ordered a PS3break a while back and should be getting it in the mail any day now, and was wondering if there was a way to do a firmware upgrade from 3.40, which is on my PS3 now, to firmware 3.41? Does anyone know if there is a way to use the PS3 with the 3.40? I'm still a noob and I'm still reading so please be gentle if this is a lame question...
