    Or anyway to stay in jailbreak mode so I don't have to keep unplugging my ps3 everytime I turn it on

    Short answer - No

    Not unless someone creates a custom firmware in the future with some kind of suspend feature built in. Of course, custom firmware would mean you wouldn't have to jailbreak your console every time you turned it on so the suspend feature would then be redundant...

    so my only option is to leave the ps3 on all the time or pull the plug out everytime

    I assume you have a slim (since you're mentioning having to pull the plug every time). Some people have fitted switches to their power cable to make the on/off switching easier for themselves.

    I believe this can be done with a simple light switch on the cable, there are even switches you can buy which slot into the back of the console, you then plug the power cable into that.

    But yeah, you have to turn it off/on again to jailbreak every time, or leave it on 24/7 at the moment.

    Here in the UK the actual plugs on the walls have switches, so I just use that.
