Any open a paypal dispute with ic2005?

Ah silly companies and their silly claims...

If it doesn't work the first time around, just use another paypal account.
ITs quiet simple

Also, you should NEVER close a claim,as SOME companies add a HIDDEN charge of say 9.95 USD if you open a claim against them.
An example would be BurstNET™ - A World-Wide Leader in Web Hosting & Internet Solutions
One of the WORST companies in history.
