Dude, you really need to start running around the forums a bit more. :P

There's a rumor around that dev's have a way to get into PSN from jailbroken consoles, but up until now we haven't seen anything get released.

As for bans, as there people can't go online, there isn't reports about it. But I'm pretty sure that there will be, one of these days. Let the scene do it's thing.

I, for once, am missing on-line because I wanted to buy FFVII.. xD
