Hi again i modified the previous post... so, just i read lots of things and i come up to know if i have gt5 (it's an aexample, a random game) on internal hdd (and it works, so i can play) and i want to put the safe backup copy to external also in fat32 (not to run but just to have a copy if i mess with the internal copy and then copy from external to internal to start from scratch about update games) i can use multiman or what i have to do? thanks in advance
So basically i would like to have both backup on internal and external hd, assuming i do backup from my original bluray; but wants only to launch them from internal, using the external to backup and preserve them from errors. Is it possible??
You can back up games on internal and external drives, but games that have files over 4 gig will be split and unlaunchable from multiman.
ok i understand that but what i mean is that i have a working copy in internal hdd, i want to copy this on external hdd (as a backup, not to play from external) with multiman (last 1.17.04 base) and then if i want to copy back (from external) to internal will work again or not? (obviously than non 4gb games works, but for the >4gb this will work?)
So i can confirm that install gt5 from BD to hd internal, then copy to external hdd fat32 and then copy back to internal (before i deleted the internal backup) works flawlessy with mm 1.17.04 and bdemu installed. So i assume it works from every game, < 4gb >

and also come up to update from 1.00 to 1.09 version of the game simply using multiman update games section...
