About FTP server

I heard that you could wirelessly transfer downloaded ps3 games over to your ps3 hard drive using FTP server. How do i do this and what apps am i supposed to use? Im kind of new to this. Thanks in advance.

Bump. I cant find any tutorials on this for 3.55 firmware.
Any help would be appreciated.
