4.25 Downgradable to 3.55?And How?

Hey chaps ,hows it going?

Im guessing this question has been asked before but i didnt manage to find a good answer to it.

Can i downgrade my 4.25 PS3 Slim ? And how ?

All i know is there is a E3 Flasher thingy but i also see a many posts and videos which include something about using a PS3UPDAT . PUP to downgrade. Is this legit?Or will it brick my device?

E3 flasher is hard to get here in Spain,and also i dont have anykind of money atm to spend on one...not to mention im not into risking my console with it.
So basically probably a flashable PUP or so would be my solution.

So any ideas?

Hardware flashing is your only option right now (E3 etc). Any .PUPs are fakes
