4.21 work for 4.25?

Do you think that the 4.21 cfw would probably work for 4.25 since they probably didn't change any of the keys or anything else really from 4.21 to 4.25?

Unfortunately, Rogero's 4.21 CFW cannot be installed on 4.25.....or 4.21 for that matter. It is only intended to be installed on 3.55.

Sorry, I'm in the same boat as you are. 4.25 buddies!

Latest Dark Souls game 'Prepare to Die Edition' is a 4.25 game but people are playing it on Rogero's 4.21 CFW.
