I wouldn't get your hopes up. I don't see why somebody would even go through the trouble of making a CFW 4.21 DEX when:

1 - 4.21 DEX (non CFW) already can play back ups with the built in BD emulator.
2 - There is already a CEX 4.21 CFW.
