4.11 help please

hi im new to ps3 i was wondering if there is any jailbreak for firmware 4.11 so i can play backups any help will be appreciated like i said im a newbie im coming over from xbox

you'll have to downgrade with a flasher. google this - base firnware + model number. If it's 3.55 or below then you can use E3 flasher or progskeet. Check E3's site for more info. If it's 3.56 or higher it's not worth doing or impossible at the moment

I know you asked about 4.11, so you probably already have your PS3, but if not try buying an older model from some place that probably doesn't sell many. I picked up a 160GB Slim recently from our local Staples and it had 3.42 on it.
