3.73 update block

How do I prevent my PS3 from updating to 3.73?
I'm currently on 3.55 kmeaw.

There is no 3.73 spoofer out as far as i know...
I'm worried my little brother updates the ps3 system software sometime... =P

And yes, I do believe there is a 3.73 spoof as PS3MFW task, though I'm not sure where you can find it.

Easy Way :
-Hide your original games that requires more than 3.55
-Disable your Ps3's mac address on your modem.

Hard Way :
-Beat your brother before he did it
-or use MFW Builder & prepare one spoofed CFW. < I recommend this way

It does m8, turn the wlan off, and you won't be able to go online (internet), unless with a lan cable, then you have to worry about games update.

REBUG 3.55.2 CFW will require an update from REBUG sorry, I meant for KMEAW and other non-debug FW

there are a few options.

1. block the mac and ip address from the router if it is wireless/ethernet. (best option)
2. turn off the wifi and remove it from the XMB by making a few adjustments to the filesystem.
3. 3.73 is not a mandatory update if it updates it will be 3.72 you can downgrade if things are messed up and you accidently update or someone else does.
