fake, he is running a debug PS3. At 0:56s you can see the two little folder icons that are Playstation Store (Title) and Playstation Store (XMB) feature, only from debug PS3. Also, he doesn't have the Backup utility in system setting, just like a debug PS3.

These things are easy to add or subtract through RCO/XML editing or file swapping

Why didn't he run a non-patched 3.60+ game? People are going to call him a liar (as seen above) until he makes a video of doing of that. It really does seem like the most obvious benchmark.
