3.60 Spoofer + Geohot jailbreak on 256mb NAND PS3 = (semi)BRICK

EVERY time. I just tested it both ways, several times.
CECHA01 60Gb Launch model:
3.55 Kmeaw CFW + 3.60 spoofer = Working.
3.55 Kmeaw CFW + Geohot jb Pkg installed + 3.60 Spoofer = BRICK. EVERY time.
It's a semi-brick, you can get to the Recovery menu and reinstall CFW. But it doesn't work as intended, and DOES brick your shit.

please change your topic title, as its retarded,
this does not cause a brick, in anyway, shape or form, a brick is un-recoverable, and since you can just pop it into recovery, your fine.
id say its corrupt, rather than even semi brick

for 90% of the Engrish mangling retards who post here, it's no different.
It's a semi-brick. But it's still a console that no longer functions until you reinstall the firmware. I wouldn't exactly call that "working".

Wait are you saying you install the 3.60 spoofer package on Kmeaw that is labeled for geohots? Why? There is 2 different packages of course if you use the wrong one something bad could go wrong.

It's point is to warn people that if they have the combination of:
256mb nand PS3 + CFW with the Geohot Jailbreak installed
They will be left with a non-functioning console if they try to install the 3.60 spoofer, and they will need to boot into the recovery menu and reinstall their CFW.
Because the original thread on the spoofer release doesn't explain this, and a number of trolls keep posting incorrect "it's just dumb noobs, it works fine!!1!!" when that's not actually correct.

but if you can still recover the semi bricked ps3 then who gives a ****. Its nice to know the warning.
If this thread did make sense then saying this version spoofer completly screwed the ps3 to no point in recoverying then yea, you get my point

"3.55 Kmeaw CFW + Geohot jb Pkg installed + 3.60 Spoofer = BRICK. EVERY time. "
Why would you have kmeaw cfw and geohot together anyway.

That's what I was thinking. I guess some who have no idea think they end up with a Super Jail break or something along those lines.
Anyway as others have said, its not a brick or semi brick. If you can recover without any special flashing tools ect then its not bricked.
