3.56 Spoofer possible brick.

I just tried to use the spoofer on 3.41, now my PS3 won't even go into recovery mode, all it does if I try to go into recovery mode it just shuts itself down after the double beep. Now people are telling me that the spoofer is just for 3.55. In NO way was that said on the website or even the release notes. Could someone please help me??

Try downgrading your PS3 then updating again.

3.56 Version Spoofer does exactly what it says and can restore back to 3.55 if needed. It was never intended to allow PSN access but to stop the system from updating to 3.56(I made it shortly after KaKaRoToKS had his false alarm).

When i checked 24hours ago, like 2 hours after it got posted here, it said such thing as far as i know.

I wish i could help, but i have only done cfw and never ran into a problem...good luck bud, hopefuly some one can help you out

Thank you for being the only person that actually says something nice. Seems like every time I have a problem psx-scene never wants to help.

Try
remove the power cable,
press the power button a few times,
put power cable back in (make sure video cable is in properly while your at it),
press & hold the power button and see if it responds.
