3.41 .PUP - US vs. EU?

Hey all,

Is there a difference between the US and EU versions of 3.41 .pup update?

I'm trying to update my north american PS3 slim from 3.40 to 3.41

I found the 3.41 update here:

PS3Hax Network - Playstation 3 Hacks and Mods - Downloads - Firmware

but not sure if it's EU or US?

The MD5 comes up as : e07d2b84c9e9691c261b73e5f1aada20

Help please! Do I have the right copy of the update for a North American Ps3?

The PS3 is region-free, so all the updates for it are the same. The PUP that a US playstation downloads is the exact same PUP that a EU downloads, or JP, or AU. All the same

Yep all pups the same.

Remember to use the second v3.41 release as the first had problems with larger hdds or basically nonfactory hdds
