3.41 > 3.55 KMEAW > 3.55 OFW> 3.55 KMEAW

like the title says, I was on 3.41 when I decided to update to the CFW, it did work, but none of the PKG would run (black screen) So I Restored it to the original 3.55 and then back to 3.55 KMEAW. Well I install the PKG and it still gives me a black screen! Can someone please help me? P.S. I have an old PS3 FAT w/ the memory card slots

Are you using signed packages by chance? If not that is my first guess as to why the stuff you are trying doesn't work on KMEAW. There is a multiupload link here on the site somewhere that has tons of packages for 3.55. Hope that helps

thanks for the quick reply! I am using signed pkg's , they install but everytime I run them I get a black screen. I had the same problem with the dongle before I tried the CFW, so it might just be because my ps3 is old (yellow ring fix and broken blu drive) I going to keep trying but I am loosing faith
