Restart, change the path (make it shorter), and try again.

Yeah I figured it out right after I posted. I don't know if it necessarily needed to be shorter but I changed the output to "\Boot Logo Creator\Step1" and it worked.

You can make it will the Xbox 360 logo with the startup sound, but can't make it full screen just like the x360 boot up

And the image has to be grayscale.

Argh..

I cant seem to get this working at all, i suck at photoshop and I have no idea what to do..

Basically I just want to replace the the normal "PS3" logo startup with the "Playstation 3" in spiderman font..

could anyone do this for me, practically thrown my laptop cause it's annoying me since I cant get it right.. anyone please?

MY Coldboot.raf doesn't seem to work. Do I have to flatten the image and delete hidden layers before I save them as a dds and turning them into gtf?

I'm going to upload my images so someone else can do it until I get some help or figure this out.

I just cant get the boot logo to work, the sounds work fine but there is no logo....
Any ideas?
