[lang=pt]Boas, na minha ps3 slim consegui fazer tudo direitinho mas na ps3 fat de um colega não estou a conseguir. Acontece que a ps3 dele já esta com a ofw 3.55 e quando tento instalar a cfw 3.55 kmeaw via usb, a ps3 depois de reiniciar diz "o sistema já esta com a ultima versao de firmware". Alguem me pode ajudar sff ?

Simple install kmeaw via recovery menu not from xmb..

im having major headaches doing the same, ive downgraded my slim tonight from 3.55 to 3.41 then to 3.15 which is where its at now, but now i cant seem to update from sd card...... keeps saying no data found etc and ive formatted them fat32 several times

A dish I prepared earlier..

Plug in your PS3 and with a Phat turn it on at the back so you get the red light on the on button (obviously miss this step with a Slim).

Now press the on button and keep your finger on the on button as the PS3 first powers on and then powers off again. Lift your finger off THE MOMENT it powers off.

OK, now press the red button again. It'll beep once. A few seconds later it'll beep once again and then it'll beep twice in quick succession. Again, lift your finger of the button THE MOMENT it stops beeping.

A screen should come on asking you to connect a controller with a usb cable and to press the PS button.

Once you connect your controller via usb and press the PS button a menu will show on the screen. This is the recovery menu and you'll be able to select update fw from there.

that still isnt working for me... follewed the guide to a t and still the same thing. your system is already up to date.

If what you say is correct, you may have an incorrectly/badly patched PUP file.

Try re-patching or get a pre-patched CFW UPDATE.PUP file (I know one is posted on this forum).

Else, try different usb stick and use the right usb port (nearest drive).
