Hi there! to my experience (Though I don't know if this would work with you guys...) Try having the pen in FAT 32 format. look it up under my computer then drive properties...if it say's 'fat' then you need to have it formatted to FAT32, under windows 98/se this isn't possible....windows XP works miracles, got stuck unto the same problem back then...hope this helps!...

PS. NOT ALL USB PENS ARE COMPATIBLE...also upon loading myPS2 if it shows it was able to locate USBD.IRX, then myPS2 has its "USB support" enabled.
