myPS2 HDD Partitioning

I've been using HDL .7c and LaunchELF for a while now.. I recently learned that i can access my USB jump drive from LaunchELF and from there i installed myPS2 to my mc. My question is when myPS2 launches and it asks to make a myPS2 partition will that cause my games in my HDL partition to be lost.

no, myps2 will let you choose the size & create it's own seperate partition on the hdd; this will not delete any exsisting partitions.
