grammer error!, (dead). im not sure, i thought NTBA or somthin was still workin on it. i may be wrong

It has not been declared formally dead by the author (ps2-scene user ntba2), but his most recent post here, as far as I can tell, was made on the 3rd of February this year, which is over half a year ago. So it does seem pretty much abandoned.
I also had some private email exchanges with him in early March, when he and I tested some problems with the Samba code, but that is the last I've heard from him.
Even on his own webpage, the last dated addition was made on the 26th of February, so it's not just here at ps2-scene that myPS2 activity is low.

I've emailed him to notify him about the updated libjpg included in ulaunchelf.
I hope he responds and if the project is "dead" he dows at least a new release with the updated lib.
Of course I'm hoping a lot more, lol
Maybe he he declares it dead some one else could take on the source and continue the myPS2 era ... I for one would like to see many new things my self ... video playback for sure ... maybe precompiled usb drivers 8-)?
What if libsmb was implemented in uLE?
Then MyPS2 would no longer be THAT special...
Not sure what this is: http://svn.ps2dev.org/listing.php?re...%2F&rev=0&sc=0
But it looks like MyPS2 to me...
I use myps2 mainly for shoutcast (even with the limited stations it has now)...

We may do that eventually, but right now we have too many other issues to deal with.Originally Posted by barf
Yes, that is the ps2dev SVN repository of myPS2. But the last modification was made on the 16th of March, nearly six months ago.Not sure what this is: http://svn.ps2dev.org/listing.php?re...%2F&rev=0&sc=0
