looks ok but nothing happening ?

I run myPS2 1.2 from my memery card
i get the loading screen

then it runs a few lines of text that look fine last 2 are
Checking HDD Pressence : OK
Checking HDD status :OK

after which nothing happens.

cant seem to find anyone having this problem ?
any ideas ?

hmm disconnected the HD and the thing loaded, more testing

what method did you use to install to your memory card? what kind of memory card are you using official or non-official? did you modify the config.dat?

seems its freezing up on the HD as after I disconnected the HD it worked fine

it should work fine even with the hdd connected...

yea thats what i woulda thought ?

all my other elfs work fine.

least ive narrowed it down alittle to actually see the program working

as long as it works for you now, myself I'm running it from the memory card and my hdd is still connected...that is odd that you have to disconnect your hdd...

yea i disconnected the HDD but reconnected the network adapter and it still works fine

what make of hdd are you using? If non-offical do you have your jumpers set to master or cable select?

been working fine ? weird wondering if there is something on it thats causeing problems

trying to find a partition making program so i can put myps2 on the hDD

you can use the dms hdd format tool, it'll let you create partitions
