could i get information to know what is this program or cd and what can it do?

try spelling it correctly first:

Then try the search button or google.

try exploitstation or sksapps, im sure they have the program your looking for. ulaunch= launch of programs such as hdl, and data transfer from mem card to hdd, and pendrive (flash stick or some mp3 players.)

I think of it mainly as a generic file manager.

It can be used to handle files of all kinds, in all the ways you should need to, on all the media available for the PS2. (Which includes networked PC drives.)

So you can browse files, move files, copy files, or launch program files to your heart's content...

i got a usb cable(the one for psp)
