Getting some problems with this 3.46 release in the filebrowser, for example
http://www.psx-scene.com/forums/show...&postcount=475
says "this file isn't ELF" - I tried renaming it to SMS16.ELF; this doesnt crash it immediately but browsing becomes really slow and it does eventually crash. I noted backing out a level after this message put the browser on MC1 as well (at least, it looks like my apps folder in MC1 that is displayed). Eventually, after giving the "not an ELF" error it crashes/halts.
I just had it show me a garbled screen as well (unreadable graphics wrather than text) when backing out a dir after getting that error, which it then promptly cleared to a screen with .. at the top and crashed.
It looks like ELF loading is completed busted for me at any rate, "This file isn't ELF" comes up with my old execftp, ps2link (not embedded) and usually results in a direct halt if not slow/garbaged menus and a crash.

Heruk: Did you seriously not read the first post at all?
Documentation for uLaunchELF can be found in this thread at ps2newz or ps2-scene.
and the link is to
http://www.psx-scene.com/forums/showthread.php?t=40179
Me at least Rover, I cant launch any ELF with 3.46 (always says its not an ELF file and crashes)

I've tested the new version by booting it many different ways, including the MC exploit suitable for non-chip users, Dev1 booting (DMS4), and even using it to launch itself from PC through PS2HOST. For me this always results in the newly started LaunchELF being capable of launching normal ELFs.
Are you sure that both ELFs (LaunchELF and the program it should start) are undamaged ?

There is a link to some docs in the first post, like cmal1492 said, but I've also written a new mini-manual for how to use the FileBrowser of LaunchELF. It assumes no previous knowledge of LaunchELF, except that you can somehow manage to start the program.
That Mini-manual is available in another 'Sticky' of this forum, so you can't miss it.
