Init_CDVD_Check = 1
then.
k, thanx.
I thought you said this problem was fixed by removing the PSX MC.
Has this changed ? Are you again using the PSX MC as before ?
Or is the problem you reported actually not related to that PSX MC ?
I have to repeat what I said in an earlier post:
The crucial fact is that if the internal config menus of uLE don't produce a working CNF, then something is broken. (Corrupted uLE elf ?)
You need to adjust your MC setup, or your usage of it, to the point where the internal config menus of uLE work properly. Otherwise you will never be able to rely on anything uLE does. Editing the CNF by other means is no solution, since you still can't rely on a broken program to use it properly.
Btw: If you've not already done so, you should upgrade your uLE to v4.25, which fixes a problem with IPCONFIG.DAT . I know that's not the problem you've reported here, but it might possibly have interacted with your problems too, as it left a file unclosed on the MC.

I recently upgraded to 4.25, (330AM cst) and it fixed the problem.
I'm glad to hear it, though also confused as to why others didn't get the same problem (including myself) with the older versions then (that IPCONFIG.DAT file closure bug existed in versions 4.18 through 4.24).
Still, the important thing is that it's fixed now, so you can configure your uLE setup by normal means.
Best regards: dlanor
