Yep boot from DVD without problem and MC if i reboot the ps2 xD

what you have is a clone. and you've probably screwed it up as they are very unreliable. I do suggest you obtain either an official 8MB Sony card, or a Datel Max Memoyr card (8MB, 16MB, or , 32MB.) as those are much more reliable.

most probably.... its there a way to do a agresive format... like a low level format or something like that?

ffgriever made a memory card format utility called mc annihilator. if that doesn't do it, I doubt anything will fix that card.

no its not available in English at least yet but it doesn't need it .
