Is there any way to boot uLaunchELF without a memory card?~

yea via CD .if you have working lens and a modified PS2.
but you wont be able to save the Configuration or changes .

if you have FMCB then you can put it on USB or HDD as well. but the thing you NEED is a way to boot homebrew.
SWAPMAGIC will do it from USB as well if you rename BOOT.ELF from the newbie pack to SWAPMAGIC.ELF and put it in a folder named SWAPMAGIC.
