UlaunchELF Help Please. Cant save settings. –

Hello,
Could someone please help me out, i have just got ulaunch onto my hdd and it boots fine when i hold L1, i've got a few other elfs on the memory card which all work fine, (thanks to the shares on this site). But when i configure ulaunch or change the skin, it always tells me saves cannot be made.
Ive done a few google searches, one result was i needed a config-sys folder on the mc, i made this folder, but still nothing saves.
What am i doing wrong, more to the point, is it easy to put right? Please help.
Many thanks for your time and any help would be greatly appreciated.
(apologies if this is lame, but im really stuck - or if i need to tell you more info please let me know)

uLE needs to be told where to save its "LAUNCHELF.CNF" file, and there are two ways to do this.
1: Include such a CNF file in the same folder as the ELF. The program takes this as a command to use that folder for future CNF saving. You can use the example CNF file included in the release ZIP.
2: Do not include the CNF file with the ELF. The program takes this as a command to use its default CNF location, the homebrew standard configuration folder named "SYS-CONF". You can create such a folder yourself using uLE.

Of course not, since that folder name is wrong.
You must either provide a CNF with the ELF, or provide the standard configuration folder "SYS-CONF", and you haven't done either.

It's very easy, as described above.

SYS-CONF should be in mc0:/ so that's mc0:/SYS-CONF/ and the LAUNCHELF.CNF file resides there. By the way PS2MNU-K will automatically create the directory if you don't already have it.

There is only one place.
The default homebrew system configuration folder is ALWAYS:
"mc0:/SYS-CONF/"
but i managed to save my wallpaper and font colors tho'...but i cant save the short keys...pls help..
Are you pulling my leg ?
The settings for shortcut keys (I assume you mean launch keys) and wallpapers and font colours are all saved in the same CNF file. It's simply not possible to save some of those settings but not the others. Whatever your real problem is, it's not what you stated above, so come again and give a proper description this time.
