    Hi,

Is there a quicker way to transfer files from my PS2 to my laptop other than using a USB key (only get speeds of about 50kbps)? I backup my work on my PS2s HDD and could do with a quicker way of moving stuff back and forth.
PAL PS2 v4; Messiah; 250GB Samsung HDD; Logitech Cordless Action Controller

Any network related method ps2netFS, host:, or even FTP would be relatively faster than transferring to a USB key.

host: requires running ps2client from the PC side.
FTP or ps2netFS have to be first started by MISC/PS2Net. FTP needs a FTP client and ps2netFS requires fsclient to be run from the PC side.

There are tutorials and methods of how to fully take advantage of all of them all over this board.
